Renaissance Insurance / Mobile and web app
Healthtech / B2B2C
An insurance group serving 5+ million clients. Our team worked on a mental health support service for businesses and individuals, offering the opportunity for self-guided activities as well as sessions with specialists.
App store, Google Play.
Signup growth
At the start of the funnel, some users were dropping off: they downloaded the app, opened it, but didn't sign up. We analyzed this part of the journey, came up with a few hypotheses about why users were leaving, and chose the most likely solutions that could be implemented and tested quickly.
We made a few front-end changes and added a video to the onboarding showing the main features of the service. This helped explain the product’s value before signup and increased conversion by 17%.

We saw that users were interested in the self-help content and looked for ways to engage them more. We experimented with entry points, switching between content, redesigns, and new formats. Thanks to a modular web-based content builder, we were able to make these changes faster.
As a result, content opens grew by 41%, and users returned to it more often.

Booking flow
Booking a session is the core paid flow in the product, so we decided to improve the start of this funnel. We personalized the specialists screen to show the most relevant next step based on the user’s previous actions, redesigned the session touchpoint on the main screen, and added name search for when users are recommended a specific specialist
This helped increase conversion to booking by 10% and reduce booking time.

Raiffeisen Bank / Main retail mobile app
Fintech / B2C
One of the largest banks in Europe. Our team's primary focus was on user engagement, increasing their loyalty and non-core banking services.
App store, Google Play.
Travel card
We simplified a difficult points-earning system and gave users a simple, seamless path to buying tickets across our app and the partner service. The partner provided a flexible white-label solution, which helped us customize the UX for our customers.
We reduced support requests by 43% by giving users the necessary information for all cases. Thanks to the new user flow, customers started to spend points more often, which increased conversion by 19%.

Subscriptions
The feature that helps people control periodic charges from their cards by third-party services.
We received a lot of positive feedback from users across various channels, and we saw that 13% of people who had subscriptions showed activity in the section.
Double help
We launched a charity campaign in collaboration with the «Help Needed» foundation, where the bank doubles the amount of donation to a fund category.
Thanks to the donation-matching program, people started donating more to the funds.

Stories
We created internal media to tell people about the main and interesting things, communicate with them through interactive widgets, and sell the company’s products.
In addition to designing the functionality, I led art direction and reviewed illustrations produced by the agency.

Paycheck today
We launched the feature, with which user can transfer a salary on any day for the time worked.
On this project, we collaborated with partners from another company who provided the back-end to us. To quickly launch and test the hypothesis, we aimed to maximize the use of existing front-end solutions.
We successfully launched the project and passed it to another team for further development and connecting new payroll clients to the project.
Additional card
Order an additional card in the app for another person to share money in the account.
In solving the problem, I relied on the data: who usually orders additional cards and for whom; the existing process both online and offline; the required information to apply for a power of attorney; types of customers (new to bank, existent, etc.); technical constraints; code-ready modules in existing open card workflows that we can reuse to reduce development time.
Thanks to this, we increased the CR to lead for additional debit cards by 17%.

Single field forms
We improved form conversion rate by updating UX/UI and adding new technologies. Using an iterative approach, through A/B tests, we updated the application form for the company’s main product, making the experience simpler and faster.
Having achieved good metrics results, we began applying this concept and experimenting with application forms for other products.
We increased the CR to lead of the main debit product by 20%, the credit card CR to lead by 17%, and the personal loan CR to lead by 14%.

Website builder
We created a website builder based on a ready-made CMS with blocks design according to new brand guidelines.
With its help, we redesigned the company's main website, and also gave other teams the opportunity to create their own web projects using a new internal tool.
