An insurance group serving 5+ million clients. Our team worked on a mental health support service for businesses and individuals, offering the opportunity for self-guided activities as well as sessions with specialists.

What we were working on:
— Improving core flows: specialist search, booking, sessions, post-session feedback and customer support
— Adding new content formats such as practices, meditations, tests, and quizzes, as well as self-help mechanics like a mental state tracker and psychological skills development courses
— Launching new sub-products and new session formats
— Increasing conversion to sign-up, session booking, and retention
— Running experiments on content engagement and cross-sell
My contributions:
— Turned early, abstract inputs into clear scope, hypotheses, and next steps
— Interviewed people to understand needs and pain points
— Collaborated with psychotherapy experts to design new mechanics, content, and products
— Mapped the future experience and key mechanics, explored a few possible directions
— Designed visual concepts
— Built prototypes with AI to validate ideas
— Conducted UX/UI tests
— Created motion design and Lottie animations
— Created illustrations, wrote UX copy, and optimized parts of the workflow with AI

One of the largest banks in Europe. Our team's primary focus was on user engagement, increasing their loyalty and non-core banking services.

— Together with a researcher, I ran customer development interviews during a new product launch

— Shipped components to the mobile design system

Raiffeisen Bank
Main company website / Fintech / B2C

One of the largest banks in Europe. Our team worked on the development of the website as a platform, as well as tasks related to improving the sales funnels for banking products.

— Improving the conversion rates for product pages, application forms, calculators, and selectors for various banking products— Redesigning the website according to the company's new digital guidelines
— Migrating the website to new technologies so that the projects could be developed faster and more easily
— Developing an internal website builder that allows us to create landing pages and websites

— Collaborated with marketing, brand, and other departments and teams across the company
— Worked closely with product analysts to plan and launch A/B/C tests

A mobile social network for small and mid-size business owners to find partners and clients, share what they do, and grow through networking.
What we were working on:
Building the mobile product end-to-end, from core flows (discovery, chats, profiles) to monetization (subscriptions, classifieds) and growth loops
My contributions:
— Formulated hypotheses and validated them with the team
— Designed user flows and the product vision
— Created UI animations
— Worked with the CPO on discovery, prioritization, and release planning
— Created illustrations
— Contributed to branding
— Conducted guerrilla usability testing
Previously
I worked as a UX/UI designer at a studio for several months, and as an in-house graphic designer at a B2B hardware company for 3 years. Graduated from an art college with a degree in environmental design.
